Improve your customer service

I downloaded this product. It did not work properly, so I was advised to downloaded it again by Aiseesoft Studio customer support. This invalidated my registration, and I was told tough, buy it. I feel that since I downloaded it and registered it on the day, as per the terms of the offer, I am entitled to a working copy for as long as I want to use it. Following the instructions of customer support to re-install the application when it was not working properly should not have invalidated my registration. I have since bough Applian's Replay suite which actually works and allows me to record any video I can see on my screen as well as downloading like this software. I certainly won't be buying any Aiseesoft Studio products in the future if this is the kind of customer support they offer.
